Dreary Day After Playoff Win Burgers And Ribs!

After watching the Panthers NOT lose Saturday,I fired up the kettle and put the last 2 burgers I had in the freezer on for lunch and more playoff football!

Some nice cheddar on there and some buns from a local grocery store. I like that I can get single buns at this store since it's just me and Pammi!
Afterwards,I scooped the coals out of the kettle and into the WSM to start it MM along with some hickory.
I took this

I let it go at 225* for about 4 1/2 hous,then bumped the temps up just a bit so I could sauce 'em! This was before the sauce.

Very tender! I sauced them with some Stubbs hickory bourbon sauce. Good stuff! I'm gonna have to get some more!
