Double Stuff FATTY


 
Ok, maybe this is a technique that I missed. Rolling out that meat in the plastic bags looks brilliant, but do you just slit the sides and pull the plastic away leaving nothing but properly shaped smoker-ready goodness?

Clay, I just cut all of the sides except the one that has the zip lock then I just flip it over onto wax paper. The gallon size bag is the perfect for the size of your weave, cut a small hole in one of the corners to allow the air to escape.

Fatties made me a Fatty. Nice job, hope those girls appreciated all the hard work that goes into rolling and smoking fatties.
