Double Graduation Party

So the little Italian CEO put on a spread of dishes to die for, chicken marsala, home made stuffed shells, home made sauce that has been cooking for two days with various meats driving me nuts, her famous potato salad, her meat balls and sausage and peppers, fresh salad from the garden, five or six other dishes I don't even know the name of along with a blueberry cobbler and home made cheesecake that was like something made from the God's.

Then I came in with three bundles from the Igloo like a crack dealer and opened and started with finishing concoction and some sauce on the side and pulling apart the most beautiful smelling creations and turned 60 people into instant Smokeaholics.

Even the CEO had to smile, it was gone in 20 minutes, 27 lbs of crack porkain disappeared into the night. This is the first of two full trays.

Great party, food was superb, the CEO out did herself and the two Graduates were happier than Larks.

We did, and the WSM endeared itself to a whole new group, three family members and friends want to come over and learn about smoking and we are going to do a rib weekend in a couple of weeks. You know when you sit around make fire, dress meat and drink beer all day. Someones got to do it.
 
I missed this one before! What a great spread, setup, and graduation party! Fantastic job Bill and the Mrs!!
