Double Duty Day

Ok, trying to do a little social distancing, seems like the prudent thing. But it’s also a beautiful sunny day. so I figured the best way to spend it is two run dueling cooks.

Have two 8# butts on the WSM, and a meatloaf on the Performer.

Its going to be a nice meatatarian dinner here tonight !!!

Meat loaf looks tasty Brian, ill be bbqing a meatloaf as well since the pandemic shoppers in the OC cleared out just about everything
except the tubes of hamburger meat and some chicken..Yikes

Similar story for us. Bought a bunch of burgers, chicken, steaks, etc, but the pack of ground beef was just begging to be made into a meatloaf...
And with the pork butts, my feeling is always "make two", since it's the same amount of time and work as it is to do just one. And I will cryovac leftovers and freeze them
