I haven't bought it yet, but I have the day off from work tomorrow, so I'm going to run by this place and pick one up.

I talked to them yesterday and they carry them daily, full packers, $3.49 per lb and they range from about 12-15 lbs. I hear great things about this place. Maybe I will take my camera and ask if I can shoot some photos while I'm there and post them here.

Ya'll might appreciate these. I bought my 17 lb brisket yesterday at Hemp's Meats in Jefferson, MD. $3.49 per lb cost me about $60 total. Let's hope I do it justice this weekend. I also bought three 8oz tenderloin steaks for $16.99 per lb.

I got a quick tour of the place but turned down their offer to see the "kill room." That's just not something that I think I need to see.
