Brent that meatloaf looks yummy! What pit temp do you use for meatloaf. I am trying to convince my wife about this, but she is shaking her head at "smoked meatloaf" as I type. I have to make one!!

I went around 325-350. I used the simple recipe from this site but used real garlic and onion. Also added worchestire and some BBQ rub. The sauce is the one from the same page.

It turned out fantastic! Not dry and had a decent smoke flavor. Next time ill use more wood. My wife doesnt like meatload very much and I caught her picking off it after she ate a huge chunk.
