Dizzy Rack of Pork

Placed another rack of pork order. Now I have even more St Louis ribs, lol. No turn for me.

I saw those at Costco today, I only saw pre-seasoned ones. I did one a few years ago on the rotisserie but it was pre-seasoned And I wanted to add my own touch so I added some more, holy crap salty mess.
I’ll need to try again!
