  • 1 gallon of water (about 18 1/2 cups of water)
  • 1 tbsp Epsom salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp of Household ammonia
  • In a big bucket, mix all ingredients together until well dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture directly onto soil of plants once a month.
  • The amount you use will depend on the size of your plant. So for example, a small, indoor plant will only need a cup's worth, while a fruit tree may need the whole bucket!

I just saw a YouTube video of this guy using DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) on his lawn. I guess it's pure Urea or some such stuff> IDK I'll go buy the big 2.5 gal of Gordon's Nitrogen with minerals concentrate at Farm & Fleet dump it in my spray tank put in about 12 gal of water, hitch it up to the Kubota and spray away with the boom spray. Next treatment will be the Gordon's nitrogen, and I will add in some iron supplement as well since the tree guy told me our soils are very iron poor
