I have a working mid-90s Genesis LP three-burner with the proprietary Weber quick-connect propane tank that I bought new. It has been maintained over the years. Everything works including the push-button ignitor. The top, front bar in the frame has rusted, and a hole has formed in the aluminum firebox at that spot (I assume through some sort of galvanic corrosion). I am going to replace it with a new Weber, as the heat control is poor with that big vent in the firebox.
I know some folks favor the older Weber grills. If anyone is looking for an older Genesis in northern Montgomery County, Maryland please message me.
Grill is free to a new home. If you want the propane tank with the quick-connect, please provide another (with the current threads) so that I can use it for the new grill.
