Dirty Wings

I forgot to take a pic but I cooked some wings using the Dirty Wings cooking method. Season the wings and put them on the grill before turning it on or pre-heating.

I seasoned them and added some cornstarch to get them crispy. I put them on the Smokefire- bottom left and set it to 400. Flipped them after 20 minutes and cooked for about 45 total. I then put them on the right side Crafted sear grate for about 5 minutes to get a touch of char.

They were excellent. Great flavor and crispy. I'm still amazed at how much smoke this thing puts out- flavor and visible.
