Dinner in the kitchen

Nice! I envy you - it's still way too hot in So-Cal to be giving the oven a workout like that!
Hear you. Got lucky as it was 70 when I started. If it was hot, we would have grilled for the 6th day. Guess I could have made it all using the grills….

After 5 straight day of grilling, I decided to give the stove a workout If I can remember how to use it (😁)
On the menu, all homemade:
spaghetti sauce
Spaghetti pasta (used semolina)
Baguettes
Chocolate chip pecan brownies

Same here. Threw together (no recipe) 2 meatloaves with 2# 80/20, 1 1/2# pulled pork, a small onion and a couple of Jalapeños diced, 3 eggs, some breadcrumbs and BBQ sauce. Nuked to 150 degrees then topped with BBQ sauce and cheese. Finished in the toaster oven for 20 minutes @ 350. Served with some sliced homegrowns.

Home made meatballs and a nice quick batch of marinara with wife's home grown basilico, and parsley for the meat balls. Had a nice meal. Quick and easy. Made the meat balls from scraps left over from my latest strip loin butchering. Ground it put it in the big KitchenAid mixer with the flat beater, put in my bread, egg, parsley, and so on ran the machine a bit and voila meatball mix.
