Dinner From Earth Fare And Trader Joe's

After seeing a post about TJ's coffe and garlic rub last week,I knew I had to get some!

Sprinkled liberally on a tri tip from Earth Fare and cooked over some TJ briquettes.

Served with a yummy beer I picked up at TJ's ...

and a nice chopped caprese salad from our small garden and fresh mozzarella from the Earth fare!

How do you like the TJ briquettes? I've been using them for a couple of years now and really like them, even tho it can take a while to lite a whole chimney full. Not a coffee drinker, tho, so haven't tried the rub.
 
Pete,I used two of the Weber starter cubes and for the first time,had no problems lighting the briqs!
And the rub was awesome.
 
Looks good and that salad is excellent! My daughter works for TJs in Cali and gets us all kinds of neat stuff, now we have one in town and I'm down there at least once a week.
