Wife and son are out of town for the weekend so it's just me. Figured might as well throw some ribs on and relax today. Was a beautiful day out in the yard.

Couldn't find baby backs anywhere so I went with St Louis.

Yum!!!!! Great ribs there! Looks Great! How was that Lawry's Rub? I haven't seen it in my local store, it sounds good!

Overall a pretty good rub, balanced. Just a bit more savory than sweet, despite the two sugars on the label. A little on the milder side as far as heat goes. But then, I didn't go too heavy with it either, not knowing how it was going be. I think next time I'll rub a little brown sugar on before I apply it. Oh and not an overly strong cinnamon taste either, only got one bite where I could really taste it. I'll give it a 7.5/10

Those look great Bill. Always an added bonus when you buy a rub on a whim and it turns out well.

Way to make the most of your alone time.
