1T cumin
1T paprika
1T granulated garlic
1T granulated onion
1T chili powder (this was generic chili powder, only kind I can get at bulk prices)
1T brown sugar
1-2T kosher salt (I prefer less salt if possible--recipe called for 2T)
1t cayenne
1t black pepper
1t white pepper
The cayenne gives it a bit of zing which I like (and wifey is meh-->good thing I'm the cook)
No sauce on these. I'm finding I prefer what the rub gives it. Using sauce tends to drown out those flavours you worked so hard to get (IMO).
