Not sure if you'll have time to check in here as you get your kettle settled down... If you do, give us an update on how it's going. I was never brave enough to do a long butt cook on my kettle, just ribs. Hope it goes well. Look forward to your triumphant pics!!

Well it's going slow I guess. I put it on at midnight and it still on. I havenet checked the tmep of the meat. But I know it's not done cause it feels tough when you press on the meat. The temp's been hangin around 210 or 220 for a few hours now. I think it may take a while yet.
