My neighbor just gave me a ziploc with to small deer hams. I just wanted a little help as I don't cook deer the often. I am think kinda like a brisket foiling after a while but to what temp or just till it is tender.
 
You can lard them if you have a needle. And/or baste frequently. I do them at 350-400 to an internal of 145-150, tops.
