Deep Dish Pizza

Those look outstanding....
I have tried both styles myself. 12" lodge with a deep crust.....cheese on the bottom, sauce on the top.
Also recently picked up 2 - 8" personal sized lodge cast pans and did pan pizza style indoors on the stove.
It is possible to over cook these, my first round was just a tad over......I learned to keep an eye on them.
I use olive oil and do the final stretch on the dough and get it to fit the pan....the whole dough is covered in olive oil...not sure if that was good idea, but they came out good.....yours look better!
