I just can't decide what to cook fro Christmas. I always do beef so that is a given. I have ordered 100 Oysters for roasting and making Redneck Rockefellers. I am trying to decide between a whole beef tenderloin or a standing rib roast, maybe a brisket?? what are you all cooking for Christmas on the grill?

I'm going to do a ham. Just can't decide to do a "ready to cook" or "ready to eat", spiral sliced, etc...

I just did the herb coated standing rib roast a few weeks ago. That was GREAT!

I'm doing a spiral cut ham, If I had more red meat eaters in the house I would do a prime rib roast.

I'm not going to cook anything since I'm going to visit my in laws but if I had my choice I would do a prime rib roast.

Mike, the standing rib roast sounds perfect to me.

I like to do steaks for Christmas, something that everyone in my family will enjoy.
