I just made up a batch of this on Saturday. I used 192 proof Polish Vodka that I get in New Jersey. Can't hardly wait for the 6 weeks to be up!:o
 
Does this really need to brew in fridge or is room temp good enough? I'm short on shelf space but would like to try it.

You can do it at room temp in an air tight vessel. I drink it ice cold. This stuff is rockin good.:D
