Yeah, I got the lid holder directly from the factory store. I am going back to the store to purchase the SJG handle as it has the "locks" for the lid latch to hold it in place when in position.

What are crutch style tips? Do you mean something like this... http://www.canesgalore.com/images/40001.jpg
 
Nice job Jeremy, is the lid holder the metal wire? What did it cost? Also do you have the back arm that sticks up and holds the lid in place? Thanks
