Dude,sweet upgrade on the UDS! The ugly drum smokers are used quite a bit. But that elevated it to an art form!

It looks like an awesome grill. I have to agree with George. It looks like a ton of work. If I wanted a smoker that big I would buy the large wsm, but thats me...I never have that much time for projects that large..
