Current Status in Big Z


 
And I am by myself tonight :D Wife is in downtown chitown with her sister who's in from FLA for a trade show. I'm gonna eat one for my supper, then freeze them individually in vacuum bags. I have to do another brisket because I want to lay in a supply of Q for the "off season". So, sometime soon I'm gonna do a couple half pork shoulders I've got frozen and get a large brisket then lay all that in, with my vacuum sealer. :giggle:😋😋
 
I need to now determine when I can do those butts and another brisket, plus I still need to get to MN to get my guitar amongst so many other things coming up here. UGH
