Cover for 2002 Genesis Gold C

I’ve just measured and it’s actually 5 ft 7 (170cm) so much longer than the 161cm it says on the box.

What is the left-to-right width of your Gold C?

I have a Silver C in the garage and I can measure, if I can get to it. If I'm not back in 30 mins, call a search party

I notice the table end cap on the right side seems to be different. Here is a pic of the RH end caps of both a 2005 Silver C ( straight ) and a 2004 Gold C ( curved ).



I wonder if someone has attached a LH table end cap to the RH side? Notice that the LH side is more like a handle.

My silver C is 64.5 inches wide.

I think it is a 2002. It has grey plastic end caps.

Kate- I have a Silver A and have had great luck with this cover. They also have it in a size up to 70" and its on big sale right now too. Something available in a color other than black which works out well here in Az.

That's odd. Can you post a picture of your grill (without the cover on)? I'm wondering if they used the earlier Platinum frame to build the Australian Gold grills. I don't think that cover will fit on an early Platinum.

I think in this post @Kate Atkinson said she had a 2002 gold C which is the same general size as a 2002 Silver C and looks like this.

However It looks like she has a 2001 Gold B, which has a different frame and a larger side table.

So does that mean the cookbox is an early Platinum style - as wide as a 1000 box but with only 5 bars? If so, when it's time to replace burners and flavorizers she has to be careful and get the right length. Silver series parts won't fit.
