I'm planning on smoking some of these on my kettle or my Mini WSM soon and have never cooked them before.

At what temp do you cook at? How long do they usually take?. I was thinking anywhere from 225-250.

Not too long, They are sliced from the pork butt, so you could do low and slow or higher. Cook till probe tender for slicing or you could pull them just like a mini butt. I do mine around 275 and they come in at about 2-3 hrs give or take. You could also foil them at the end and add fruit, vegs, or sauce and add another flavor.
HTH.

Thanks Timothy, I'm pretty excited to cook them. I got hooked this past summer on charcoal grilling and smoking and I have been hooked since, I can't seem to get enough.

Like Tim, I cook them at 275. I cook them for about an hour and them foil them for about an hour. At this point you can rest them to pull or sauce/glaze them.
There is no right or wrong way and they are really forgiving. Always seem to turn out good, so throw them on the fire and have fun experimenting.
