Costco pork loin $4 off each

Folsom CA Costco has pork loins at $4 off. Picked up one for repackaging and future meals.

I see a moo shu pork dish in the near future. And maybe a stuffed and rolled one too. I should be able to get 3 unique meals out of this, easily.

If I didn‘t have three in the freezer and one in the fridge (should have been last nights dinner) I’d be out for a couple for “stock”!
I managed to blow my back out Friday and managing a ”Snowfall Cook” seemed like a rather uncomfortable afternoon.
