I will go take a look at the nice Latino market which is more than just mexican good.
Is there any opinion about stuffing a few leaves inside with citrus and garlic? I think, that would be next week, pulled pork this weekend, Mac and cheese, and I’m leaning toward Joan’s bleu cheese slaw as well!
 
Timothy, that sounds real good to me, leaves inside with citrus and garlic. DH said it was a great idea. I told him to get us a whole chicken and try it. Thanks!!!!
