Corned beef

Close to 10 hours. Nothing more relaxing than watching the smoke coming off the smoker and some music in the background. My wife thinks I'm nuts

i cooked the 2nd one to an internal temp of 175. The first one was cooked to toothpick soft, and I preferred to 175

Back a couple years ago when beef prices were astronomical, I was walking around my Costco Business center here in Las Vegas, NV. They had both Choice packers and Corned Beef packers right next to each other. The price of the Corned Beef packer was almost $2.00/lb cheaper than the regular brisket. Almost bought one, but the wife talked me out of it.

Never again after seeing these results!
