Corned beef and cabbage.


 
Thats a great looking way to do some corned beef. Ive always just put everything in a big pot and boiled ( I know, boring). I like the idea of grilling it first

I've never been much of a cooked cabbage type of guy but I do eat my share of corned beef!!

Excellent looking CB Mike!! Love it... and although I am Irish thru and thru, I agree with Jim L. - I'll eat cabbage raw any day..cooked, not so much! Love the shirt too!
 
Nice cook Mike. Picked up one of those exact packages of corned beef last week myself. Cooked it on the Performer today, and sliced it up for sandwiches this week.
