J Joshua T New member May 27, 2012 #1 I'm smoking a lot of chicken and was wondering if I could wrap up some corn and put them on the lower grill and have it steamed. One problem is how long should it be on there before they overcook or is that not a good idea to do?

J Joshua T New member May 27, 2012 #2 Nevermind, a little bit of olive oil and garlic sea salt and it's great. 2 hours was a bit too long.
Bob Mann TVWBB Honor Circle May 27, 2012 #3 I do corn on my gasser. I soak the full ears, in water, with the husks on, for at least an hour (2 or more is better). I put it on medium until the husks are dark brown / black, rotating often (about an hour). Tastes great! Bob
