Great idea stacking them up.I love it,just about ready to get a 18 wsm and love the idea.I was torn between a 18 and a 22 but know I see you can hang stuff I will go with the 18.I wonder how many racks of ribs I could hang in a 18.
 
Great photos and killer sausage.

I understand that the gear is an investment - but like Rich G I wouldn't count it. I used to brew as well, and the up front cost was soon recouped.

For me I can get my favorite italian sausage from a local shop that is $6 a pound. If I could make it I would be ahead of the game.

Thanks for the tips - I can look forward to trying this one day.
