Hmm I wonder if my bowl or middle section is out of round. It doesn't feel as such. I believe my brisket cook was only the 3rd cook on this particular WSM. That might have contributed, although there was still a decent layer of gunk/char on the inside. Oh well, the thing runs great either way!
