Cooking up 2 Bone in Pork Butts Friday

Can't wait to fire up the WSM to cook up these 2 Pork Butts. I tried Pork Butts on an offset before, don't think I let them cook long enough. I've learned a lot since then and mostly from TWVBB so thanks to all who contribute. I'm going to give "The Renowned Mr. Brown" a try, looks really good.

MMMMMM pork! There will be something that came from a swine on my cooker this weekend too. We haven't had any PP in quite some time, so perhaps that's what I'll do too. Mr. Brown has a lot of followers, so I'm sure you'll be happy with your pork. Me, I'm a mustard slather and rub kinda guy.

First time on my new WSM - I used to always do them in my Chargriller Outlaw with SFB.
