I'm doing three racks of spares tomorrow on the 22" I usually put the three racks of trimmed St Louis on top and the tips below. I'm thinking of keeping it simple and just a simple BBQ rub maybe with some new mexico peppers in it and spray with Apple Juice every 45 min to an hour until they are tender.

I have all day so low and slow @ 230 or so with some apple wood may be my easiest method here.

Tell me what you might do differently or how you would kick this up a notch?

Thanks for the ideas!

Sounds like you have this covered.

I’ve been serving corn on the cob with bbq lately as a side dish.
I soak them, foil wrap them and give them 20 or so minutes on the barby.
I recently learned that if you cut the bottom of the stalk right to the corn the husk almost falls off or at least doesn’t burn your fingers as much removing husk.
