up some pork! (smokin actually). drinkin some kind of pumpkin ale... life is good. havn't smoked pork for a long time and having good friends over tonight to share it all with, 1 butt, 2 racks of baby back extra meaty. I found these marked "extra meaty" these things are really good lookin ribs and i'll probably never see them again, they look so full of meat, anyone ever see them? Anyway my cooker is so full of beans + ribs + butt, that i leaned the ribs against the butt on four sides, so i was thinking at the end of the cook i would throw the butt in the gasser for a while on medium heat to harden up those soft spots where the ribs are contacting them .(hopefully that makes sense.. know what im talkin about?) sound good to you guys or do you have a better idea... k thanks, i'll have another beer and check back in about thirty minutes, im makin sauce to! thanks jim minion and chris for the excellent bean recipie!!
