Just out of curiosity. What are some of your favorite cookbooks for your pellet grill?
Not looking for a lot of fancy recipes but more of the what do I have in the house for tonight's dinner.
I'd recommend you webers pellet grill bible (https://amzn.eu/d/0iEihjUp). unfortunately i don't know if there's also an english version (it's in german).
Honestly just cook on it. Experiment. best way to learn. I.E. last night I needed to do a whole chicken..........pronto. I split the bird, poked the skin (so it could render), set B Z up to 350, seasoned the bird with a basic commercial mild rub, and tossed it on. Honestly one of the best I have ever made. Had never used BZ as a "normal" grill. But it did the job.
A pellet grill is just like any other appliance. More you use and experiment, better you get. Don't own any cook books
