I have looked into so many recipes, it can be mind blowing. These ribs are great, but there are hundreds of good recipes. After reading about and cooking ribs all the time I have come up with on my own ideas useing parts and pieces from all over like here, cook books, other sites. I do know that there is a lot more to cooking great Q then meets the eye. You can do it, if you dig deep enough and practice, you can find that right amount of spice and sweet.
