Cold Meatloaf

Been a couple of meatloaf cooks on here lately, so, I figured it was about time for me to do one as well.

Woke up this morning to 14 below zero on the thermometer, but I'm still doin' the meatloaf on the WSM. I waited a while until it got to about 0 degrees and fired up the smoker.

Made up a real basic meatloaf.

On to the smoker to get happy for a while.

Now, about a half hour in.

Done and off the smoker to rest until slice time!

Sliced up and waiting for some mushroom and onion,brown gravy, rice and broccoli.
