Cluckers, sauseeege, peps n onions and farm corn

Looking good as always.
I assume the corn is great....we don't get sweet corn here for about another month!
I now have less time..or more limited time???? during the week to cook like this but I was able to get some steak off last night!

This was the first season’s corn. Smaller kernels but fairly sweet.

I hear ya on time. That’s why I cooked this double. Leftovers tonight from the burgers, dogs and last nights meal.

So a sampling dinner tonight with very little prep needed.

Time is so valuable of late.

I hear what you are sayin.

Heading to the city for some quality buys this weekend....seen some deals at the butcher.
The plan.....maybe with pics.... so far is surf n turf Saturday and a pulled beef of some sort Sunday.
Saturday is either a tomahawk ( price depending ) or they had prime ribeye / strip and T-Bones all on sale.
The seafodd joint down the road has some jumbo sea scallops on too....been a while since I made nice rare scallops.

I get more time on the weekend to enjoy......so it's all business and fairly plain but good grub during the week.....
Weekends is a different story.....
