Cleaning....how often

Grates and water pan after every cook. I clean the rim where the lid meets the middle section every couple of cooks now. I didn't clean it at all for the first 15 or so, and I got so much build up it started sticking... which is bad during a cook as when you break the seal it tends to pull up a bunch of ash from the bottom and drops it right on your food.
