Cleaning Advice

Just wondering if anyone has advice on what I could use to clean my gasser? There's a spot below the handle on the left, dark discoloring. Any clue how to get this off? I clean my grills with magic eraser but it doesn't work in that one location.

Try Greased Lightening. That stuff is amazing.

i would assume you need to use some 0000 steel wool. try it first on a spot not seen.

I have not used Greased Lightning have heard it's good stuff but I can tell you that "Awesome" is pretty awesome.

I use THIS to clean any of the stainless steel surfaces on my gasser and it works great.

Had trouble finding the products that everyone suggested. Went to the grocery store and grabbed a bottle of Easy-Off Oven cleaner spray. Heated bbq to 200, then turned it off. While it was still hot I sprayed it and let it sit for 10 mins. Cleaned her off with a sponge and presto, nice & shiny again!

Stainless can be a pain to keep clean thats for sure.
