I see everyone referring to "chunks". What the heck is a chunk???

A chunk is about the size of your closed fist.

Like jim said it's a chunk of wood about fist sized. I like to use them dry and think the results are better than wet chips and less hassle than wrapping the chips in foil. But that's just my crazy way of thinking /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
