Howdy folks...Sunday nite and found boneless chuck ribs at costco today? Ok we'll give them a whirl!! What the heck right!
Started the evening with a few of these! Let's call them"Fizzy Correll's!" Bob u started it but they were pretty darn good!

Costco gotta love it... Ok some golden taters on the grill and meat just slightly S&P... Cob corn foiled with butter and S&P...

Ok what's next!! Oh added the cob to the grill with some butter and garlic powder in a cute little lodge CI Pan my wife found that claimed it would be perfect for this application "and she was correct again!"

Wow good stuff! This Chuckie stuff is pretty darn good! Thought about picking up the roasts and cuttin a few steaks!! Might have to make another trip!

I've grilled the 'chuck ribs' from Costco, and love 'em.

Yours look outstanding, as does the corn, as does the potato, as does the bourbon-ale!!
