Thawed half of a 24 pound chuck roll I bought in September. Started Friday night using K and pecan. Here's some of what I got

oh man, you are killing me. i just took the WSM and OTG over to the new house we are buying to store them in the shed. will be a few weeks before i can smoke anything. chuck roll is sounding good for smoke day

I have half a chuck roll, just over 12 lbs, in the fridge thawed and ready for tonight

Ok - so this post pretty much convinced me to do one of these for my next cook.

Looks like I'll be heading to Sam's to take a look.
