sure Brett! I make this a lot. I haven't really met anyone who shares my enthusiasm for it, but we like what we like
start with a half gallon of water
2 halved lemons
2 medium onions quartered
boil it down by half (I go a lot further than this)
strain it out
add 26 ounces pureed tomato (I used crushed)
1 cup cider vinegar (I use white)
1 cup sugar (I omit)
1 cup worcestershire
5 tbl salt (I use less)
1 tbl black pepper
(I add a tbl of dry mustard)
boil for 5 minutes to incorporate
makes 2 quarts (I shoot for one)
