Chuck Roast Finishing Temperature

Mine are never tender enough for pulling until they hit 204 or 205 degrees.

What temperature are other people finding happiness?
 
A beautiful chuck roast spoke to me while standing at the butcher 3 weeks back. It lured me back into the game. I hadn't cooked in 2 years. After burning out my 14, I brought it up to around 202. It wasn't quite enough, but fabulous non the less. I've now burnt out a couple more grills and have been cooking on all my off days. Feels good to be back.
 
I go by feel, not temp. If your foiling the temp rises rather quickly but you need a certain amount of time at a certain temp to equal tender.
