Christmas Standing Rib Roast Ideas


 
I have to say after eating it right after it was done, and now having leftovers with it, I think this method of cooking rib roast is tied with using my WSM. There is something about rib roast that lends itself to the oven. I’m going to have to try it on a grill next.
