Christmas is an all day affair with family and friends, I also did Alabama sausages. Honey baked ham, mashed potatoes, corn casserole, salad with shrimp, green bean casserole, steamed white rice and a multitude of appetizers and desserts including a cheese cake from New York were brought by guests. In between meals was family games that my wife plans for days. I was lost after the steaks so it is the only picture . Today is rest and recovery.

Alabama sausage looks kind of like a 3 foot long hot dog but the spices are fuller and a hint of heat in the background.

Nice!
Son-in-law brought over a nice rib roast when they came for supper on Christmas. Miriam told our daughter to put it in the chest freezer. Wish she wouldn't have. I would have steaked it out first
