Okay,I gotta thank Weber for such a fine assortment of cooking appliances! I did the turkey on the Genesis.
[/URL][/IMG] It was going to be a rotisserie style,but I couldn't get the bird on tight enough,so I just roasted it on the spit! No spinning this time. I also used the WSM as an oven and heated a spiral ham, Didin't get a pic of it,but it all wound up here!
