Merry Christmas everyone. Doing some ribs today on the Performer.

Rubbed down with some Bad Byrons Butt Rub and brown suger:

one of the racks broke in half trying to get it back out of the tin foil. can't wait to taste them.
 
Oh wow, those are super delicious looking ribs. I like the looks of the smoke infuser. It produced some awesome looking ribs no doubt.
 
I'm a little late posting these pics, but here are some final pictures of the meal.

The final plate. Loaded baked potato caserole, corn, and raspberry jello with fresh raspberries cooked into it. I'll be posting the recipe for the sauce you see on the ribs. Let's just say it involves beer and it's delicious. :)
