I found one and added a few other ingredients... including Tequila.... yes, why not? I was wanting to put in casing, but well. its -19 wind chill and I did not feel like it, so I just made bulk, and will see how this tastes... Here is the Recipe...
At -19 the tequila goes into the cook, screw the chorizo! Yes, chorizo is like bulk sausage, no casing, though they do sell it down here that way it's normally sautéed loose.
